ABOUT THE JOB:
Google's leadership team hand-picks thorny business challenges, and members of
BizOps work in small teams to find solutions. As part of this team you fully
immerse yourself in data collection, draw insight from analysis, and then zoom
out to develop compelling, synthesized recommendations. Taking strategy one step
further, you also persuasively communicate your recommendations to senior-level
executives, roll-up your sleeves to help drive implementation and check back-in
to see the impact of your recommendations.
With a constantly growing and evolving ecosystem, we believe it’s critical not
only to use data internally to run our business and drive the decisions we make,
but also to help the world understand more about our platform. YouTube’s Claims
team sits in the middle of Product, Trust & Safety, Policy, Comms, Sales,
Marketing, Legal and many other functions. This group is tasked with defining
our policies and developing strategies for how we share information externally
as well as the process for validating the data we do share in external reports,
press, events, and more.
At YouTube, we believe that everyone deserves to have a voice, and that the
world is a better place when we listen, share, and build community through our
stories. We work together to give everyone the power to share their story,
explore what they love, and connect with one another in the process. Working at
the intersection of cutting-edge technology and boundless creativity, we move at
the speed of culture with a shared goal to show people the world. We explore new
ideas, solve real problems, and have fun — and we do it all together.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills,
experience, and relevant education or training.
