About Pinnacle Partners, Inc

Pinnacle Partners is an Indianapolis based staffing firm built on relationships, not just resumes. Since 1999, we've connected top talent with leading employers across Indianapolis, Louisville, Cincinnati, and the Midwest offering contract, contract to hire, and direct hire placements. Our divisions of expertise include Information Technology, Engineering & Manufacturing, Human Resources, Accounting & Finance, and Administrative Support. Through our wide network of contacts, we reach a pool of candidates that traditional searches can't, including skill sets that are hardest to fill. By maintaining relationships with candidates throughout their careers and working extensively through referrals, we're able to move quickly without cutting corners on quality. We believe finding the "right fit" means more than matching a skill set to a job description. We take the time to get to know our clients so we can match not just the tangible requirements, but the intangibles: personality, work ethic, the things that actually determine whether someone thrives on a team. That approach is why our clients trust us to build their teams, not just fill their openings.
