Overview

This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience designing, building, and implementing AI solutions leveraging Anthropic Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI services, and modern LLM technologies.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of software engineering, AI engineering, machine learning, or related experience.

Hands-on experience with Anthropic Claude and/or Microsoft Copilot solutions.

Experience building Generative AI applications utilizing LLMs and prompt engineering techniques.

Strong programming experience with Python and API integrations.

Experience working with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Power Platform, or Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, embeddings, and AI orchestration frameworks.

Experience integrating AI capabilities into enterprise business processes and applications.

Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud AI services.

Knowledge of LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or similar AI frameworks.

Experience developing AI copilots, chatbots, virtual assistants, or knowledge management solutions.

Understanding of AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices.

Experience supporting enterprise-scale AI transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and workflows using Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and other large language model platforms.

Build AI solutions that improve business processes, productivity, decision-making, and user experiences.

Integrate AI tools with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.

Develop prompt engineering strategies and optimize AI outputs for business use cases.

Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and innovation.

Evaluate, test, and implement emerging AI technologies and frameworks.

Ensure AI solutions align with security, governance, compliance, and responsible AI standards.

Collaborate with software engineers, data teams, business analysts, and leadership to deliver scalable solutions.

Pay range and compensation package

The salary range for this position is $115,000 to $125,000. Benefits are available including medical, vision, and dental, and life and disability insurance. Employees hired for our FTEP Program are also eligible to enroll in our company’s 401(k) or deferred compensation plan (if eligible).
