Take2 AI is a fast-growing AI healthcare startup building AI agents that automate the healthcare recruiting pipeline — from screening interviews and license verification to job offers.
We're looking for a senior full-stack engineer to own greenfield projects across the entire stack and work closely with the founding team.
🔹 What You'll Do
- Own and deliver greenfield projects across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
- Build and ship end-to-end features in a TypeScript-first environment
- Scale backend architecture from thousands to millions of candidate interactions
- Work with serverless AWS infrastructure
- Collaborate directly with engineering leadership and the founding team
- Help establish engineering standards and technical culture
🔹 Requirements
- 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience
- Strong foundation in Python
- Strong TypeScript experience across frontend, backend & infrastructure
- Experience building and scaling distributed systems in production
- Experience with high-throughput systems, observability, monitoring & reliability
- 2+ years at an early-stage, VC-backed startup
- BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
- NYC-based and able to work in-office Monday–Thursday
⭐ Nice to Have
- Experience at a major tech company or tier-one startup
- Experience building/deploying AI applications, LLMs, or ML pipelines
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
