Claude AI Engineer — Agentic AI / Full Stack
Location: Minnetonka, MN
Experience: 10+ years
We are looking for a senior Claude AI Engineer / AI Solutions Engineer to build production-grade AI applications using Claude, Claude Code, Claude Cowork and modern AI-native development tools.
What we’re looking for:
Hands-on Claude / Claude Code / Claude Cowork
GenAI, LLMs, Agentic AI & RAG
Python, React / Next.js and APIs
LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, PydanticAI or similar
AI agents, workflow automation and enterprise integrations
Ability to move from business problem → working AI solution → production
Strong stakeholder/client-facing communication
Enterprise security, governance and compliance experience
Healthcare / Life Sciences experience is a plus
Important: This is not for someone who has simply experimented with Claude or ChatGPT. We want engineers who are actively using AI-native tools to build real software.

Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Claude, Claude Code, and Claude Cowork
- Knowledge of GenAI, LLMs, Agentic AI & RAG
- Proficiency in Python, React/Next.js, and APIs
- Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, PydanticAI or similar
- Experience in AI agents, workflow automation, and enterprise integrations
- Enterprise security, governance, and compliance experience
- Healthcare/Life Sciences experience is a plus
