Motion Recruitment is currently hiring for a AI Engineer – Agentic AI & Generative AI*
Location: Texas- Remote outside of a few days onsite each month
About the Role: We’re looking for an AI Engineer to join an innovative Agentic AI team focused on building next-generation AI applications in the PropTech space. This person will design, develop, deploy, and scale production-grade AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, AI agents, multimodal models, and modern AI frameworks.
What You’ll Do:
Build AI agents, copilots, conversational assistants, and Generative AI applications.
Work with LLMs and multimodal models from providers such as OpenAI, Google, and Anthropic.
Design and implement RAG pipelines, vector search, tool/function calling, and multi-agent workflows.
Develop prompts, structured outputs, guardrails, and AI evaluation solutions.
Build scalable AI applications and backend services using Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, APIs, and cloud platforms.
Monitor and optimize AI applications for quality, reliability, latency, and cost.
Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, Data Science, and other cross-functional teams.
Take AI solutions from concept through production and ongoing improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in Software Engineering and/or Data Science, with at least 2 years focused on Generative AI/LLMs.
Strong experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL.
Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, RAG, vector databases, and AI agent/orchestration frameworks such as OpenAI Agents SDK, Google ADK, or LangChain.
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, along with Docker and Kubernetes or managed container platforms.
Strong software engineering fundamentals, including Git, CI/CD, testing, and code reviews.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with multimodal AI, voice agents, AI evaluation, MLOps, WebRTC, or AI security/privacy is a plus.
