Hiring: Staff Software Engineer | Hybrid (New York City)
I'm currently partnering with an innovative technology company that's looking to add a Staff Software Engineer to its growing engineering team. This is an opportunity to build enterprise-grade software and AI-powered applications while partnering with stakeholders to solve complex business challenges through modern technology.

Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain scalable full stack applications and cloud-native systems.
Develop robust APIs, backend services, and modern web applications.
Architect and implement AI-powered applications, agentic workflows, and intelligent automation solutions.
Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities where technology can improve business operations.
Lead technical architecture and system design while remaining hands-on with development.
Ensure applications are secure, reliable, scalable, and production-ready.
Qualifications:
7+ years of full stack software engineering experience.
Experience building enterprise-grade applications from end to end.
Proven experience leveraging AI development tools to build production applications, including technologies such as Claude Code, custom MCP, skills, and backend-as-a-service platforms.
Strong experience with Python, React, Next.js, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
Experience designing scalable APIs and cloud-based architectures.
Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML into production systems.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams.
Location: New York City (Hybrid)
Compensation: $250,000-$300,000 base salary + bonus.
