Location: Columbus, OH / Plano, TX
We are looking for an Agentic AI Engineer to build next-generation AI applications and intelligent agent workflows. This is a hands-on engineering position focused on building AI solutions, not simply using AI productivity tools. The ideal candidate will have strong software engineering experience with Python and/or Java, along with hands-on experience developing applications using LLMs, APIs, and LangGraph. You will help design AI agents capable of interacting with tools, executing multi-step workflows, and supporting real-world business applications.
Design, develop, and maintain agentic AI applications.
Build APIs that enable AI agents and LLM-powered applications to interact with enterprise systems.
Develop AI workflows and agent orchestration using LangGraph or similar frameworks.
Integrate LLMs into scalable and production-ready applications.
Develop backend services and application components using Python and/or Java.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver reliable AI solutions.
Requirements
5+ years of software/application development experience.
Hands-on experience building AI/agentic AI applications.
Experience working with LLMs and developing LLM-powered applications.
Hands-on experience with LangGraph or comparable agent orchestration frameworks.
Strong Python and/or Java development skills.
Experience developing and integrating REST APIs/services.
Strong understanding of software engineering, application development, and production deployment practices.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, or related field preferred.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience building multi-agent AI systems.
Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
Experience integrating AI agents with enterprise APIs and external tools.
Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience with prompt engineering, tool calling, function calling, or AI workflow orchestration.
Experience taking GenAI/LLM applications from prototype to production.
