The Role
Coordinate and guide technical components of projects and programs.
Lead the design lifecycle for programs requiring advanced technical knowledge and programming.
Act as a technical expert for ITS managers and project personnel during system development.
Provide technical guidance to analysts and programmers in system development and support.
Evaluate system development requests and analyze feasibility of client needs.
Develop and assist in the creation of complex programming routines and functions.
What You'll Need
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent technical training and experience.
Eight or more years of experience in programming and analytical activities, with at least four years of analytical experience.
Experience in an online, real-time, and database environment; healthcare environment preferred.
Strong ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage simultaneous tasks.
Excellent problem-solving, listening, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
High level of customer service skills and ability to take a leadership role in managing end-user relationships.
