The Role
Design and develop core software solutions within a collaborative team environment
Apply technical knowledge to solve complex problems and drive outcomes for customers
Participate in the full software development lifecycle and contribute to maturing DevOps practices
Develop core software that delivers outcomes and meets expectations for stability, scalability, and resilience
Provide training to junior developers and participate in talent recruitment interviews
Seek out opportunities to learn new technologies that improve the product and its lifecycle
What You'll Need
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
3-5+ years of software engineering experience
Sound knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and industry standard practices
Experience with Java, Spring, Kafka, SQL, Python, and AI tools like Github Copilot
Familiarity with DevOps concepts and exposure to maturing DevOps and engineering practices
Ability to debug complex code and log files for troubleshooting and analysis of product defects
