Job Description
We are seeking 2 Junior AI Software Engineers to assist in designing, developing, and deploying an enterprise-wide AI Management Platform for a leading Electric Utilities company in New Orleans, Louisiana. This team will play a critical role in a major enterprise AI initiative focused on consolidating AI products, capabilities, and workflows under a unified architecture. The AI Management Platform will deliver software solutions that leverage artificial intelligence, data, and analytics to support business decision-making, operational efficiency, and automation across the organization. Engineers will work within cross-functional product teams to build and deploy end-to-end applications, intelligent automation tools, machine learning solutions, and data-driven dashboards. This role requires individuals who thrive in a product-focused environment and understand the distinction between traditional software development and product engineering. Team members will leverage Agile methodologies to rapidly develop minimum viable products (MVPs), gather customer feedback, iterate on solutions, and continuously improve products throughout their lifecycle. The ideal candidate possesses strong Python development expertise combined with hands-on experience building and deploying solutions utilizing Amazon Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker, Amazon Q, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and modern AI frameworks.
Compensation:
$35/hr to $44/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
