Software Engineer

About the role

Akkodis is seeking a Software Engineer for 12 month (Possible Extension) Contract job with a client in Raymond, OH 43067 (Onsite). Ideally looking for applicants with a solid background in the Automobile industry are a must.

Pay Range:

Option 1 - $42- $45/hr on W2 All Inclusive - (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)

Option 2 - $40- $42/hr on W2 with benefits (10 Paid Time Off (PTO) Days + 8 Paid Company Holidays) (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Software (Automation) Engineer to support a vehicle development team by building automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows.

Build Power Apps and SharePoint solutions.

Create Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations.

Automate business processes and improve efficiency.

Integrate systems using REST APIs, PowerShell/Python, and Jira.

Provide documentation, training, and technical support.

Must-Have Skills:

2–3 years of Power Platform experience.

Strong Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps, and SharePoint skills.

Experience with REST APIs, scripting, system integration, and Jira automation.

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.

Preferred: Microsoft Power Platform certification and experience with Confluence.
