We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist / Data Analyst with 8–10+ years of strong data experience to support manufacturing analytics and AI initiatives.
This is a true Data Science role focused on turning complex, messy manufacturing data into actionable insights, predictive models, and AI-driven solutions.
🔹 Job Functions
Translate manufacturing and business problems into analytical use cases
Work with MES, quality, equipment, maintenance, and production data
Build data models, analytical datasets, and data pipelines
Perform statistical analysis, root-cause analysis, forecasting, optimization, and experimentation
Develop predictive/prescriptive models for downtime, scrap, defects, bottlenecks, yield, and predictive maintenance
Use SQL, Python, Spark, and Databricks to analyze and process large datasets
Assess data quality, lineage, missingness, bias, and readiness for modeling
Build dashboards, visualizations, and analytical reports
Productionize models and analytics with Data Engineering and Manufacturing IT teams
Explore and develop AI applications and innovative data-driven solutions
Monitor model performance, data drift, pipeline health, and business impact
Partner with plant operations, engineering, quality, maintenance, and IT teams
Present analytical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
