About the Role

We are seeking experienced Frontend Software Engineers to evaluate AI-generated frontend code and create high-quality solutions to web development problems. The role focuses on JavaScript, HTML, CSS, modern frontend frameworks, accessibility, performance, and clear technical communication. Successful candidates will be comfortable analyzing code, identifying issues and edge cases, and explaining technical decisions in a clear and structured way. This is a fully remote opportunity with a flexible, asynchronous schedule.

Responsibilities

Review and evaluate AI-generated frontend code written in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Assess code for correctness, efficiency, accessibility, clarity, and maintainability.

Develop high-quality frontend solutions for UI and web development problems.

Work on frontend challenges ranging from basic to advanced levels.

Explain design decisions, coding logic, and problem-solving approaches clearly.

Identify edge cases, ambiguities, and potential issues in technical problems or AI-generated responses.

Apply modern frontend development principles and best practices.

Evaluate frontend implementations for performance and usability.

Provide accurate and constructive technical feedback.

Contribute to projects designed to improve AI models and coding capabilities.

Qualifications

Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong ability to explain frontend programming concepts clearly.

Deep knowledge of JavaScript, including:

Async/await

Closures

DOM manipulation

ES6+ syntax

Browser APIs

Strong understanding of HTML and CSS.

Experience developing modern web applications.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to identify bugs, edge cases, and technical inconsistencies.

Ability to work independently in a remote and asynchronous environment.

Preferred Skills

3–5 years of experience with modern frontend frameworks, tools, or web development.

Experience with React, Vue, Angular, or similar frameworks.

Knowledge of frontend state management.

Experience with web performance optimization.

Bachelor's degree or current enrollment in Computer Science or a related field.

Master's degree or PhD is preferred but not required.

Previous experience with data labeling, RLHF, AI training, or related projects is a plus.

Pay range and compensation package

The U.S. compensation range for this opportunity is $25–$100 per hour. Actual compensation may vary based on technical expertise, experience, project requirements, and assessment results.
