What you'll do

Be one of the first engineering hires shaping the technical DNA of a company built to define its category

Architect core systems and infrastructure from scratch — no legacy code, no baggage, just a blank canvas and a huge opportunity

Work directly with the founders on the highest-leverage technical decisions the company will ever make

Move fast, ship constantly, and see your work in the hands of real customers within days, not quarters

Help build and shape the engineering culture and hiring bar as the team scales from a handful of engineers to dozens

What you bring

4+ years building and shipping production software at a high level

A bias toward action — you'd rather ship something today and iterate than spend weeks planning

Strong full-stack or backend engineering skills, with the versatility to work across the stack when needed

A genuine hunger to build something meaningful, not just collect a paycheck

Nice to have

Startup experience, ideally at an early stage where you wore multiple hats

Comfort with ambiguity — you thrive when the roadmap isn't fully written yet

A portfolio, GitHub, or side projects that show us how you think, not just what you've done

Strong academic foundation in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, ideally from a highly-regarded program
