About The Role

We are seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer with expertise in .NET/C# and modern web technologies to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, testing, and supporting customer-facing web applications that are critical to our business operations. You will work across the full technology stack, utilizing tools such as React, ASP.NET MVC, RESTful APIs, and SQL Server. The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem-solver who enjoys tackling complex technical challenges and leveraging AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot to enhance productivity, code quality, and innovation. You will participate in the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to deployment and support, while leading small to mid-sized projects and promoting best practices in secure coding and application performance. Qualifications

Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred

3+ years of experience in software or web development, including analysis, design, coding, and testing

Proficiency in object-oriented programming principles and practices

Strong understanding of SQL Server development and database structures

Hands-on experience building full-stack web applications using Modern Web Technologies and .NET/C#

Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services

Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or similar platforms

Knowledge of secure full-stack development practices, including authentication, authorization, input validation, and data security

Understanding of SDLC processes and best practices

Ability to evaluate, test, and refine AI-generated code to ensure quality and compliance

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance full-stack web applications using Modern Web Technologies, ASP.NET MVC, .NET/C#, REST APIs, and SQL Server

Create and support complex backend services, business logic, system integrations, and APIs with a focus on security and efficiency

Utilize AI-assisted development tools throughout the SDLC to support requirements analysis, solution design, coding, testing, and documentation

Review and validate AI-generated code to ensure it meets quality, security, and organizational standards

Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve developer productivity, testing coverage, and software delivery

Perform programming tasks related to new development or maintenance of existing applications and websites

Analyze user needs and assess the impact of technical changes on other system components

Promote best practices in secure coding, including OWASP security principles, to mitigate common vulnerabilities

Maintain accurate and comprehensive technical documentation for all development activities

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to support staff and end-users

Lead small to mid-sized development projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Collaborate with Website and Database Administrators to optimize server configurations, database integrity, and deployment processes

Stay current with emerging technologies and trends relevant to full-stack development and AI integration
