We're working with one of the fastest-growing AI infrastructure companies in the world. They've recently closed a funding round and are at a $1B valuation and are building the platform that powers AI agents behind the scenes. This isn't another SaaS platform—it's the infrastructure that enables AI companies to run code, train models and access GPU compute instantly.

They're looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead a team of senior engineers building their serverless GPU platform. You'll still be close to the code while owning the technical direction, helping scale a platform that's pushing the boundaries of virtualization, cloud infrastructure and GPU computing.

You'll be working with technologies like Linux, KVM, QEMU, Go, Rust, C++, GPU virtualization and distributed systems. If you've built cloud infrastructure, virtualization platforms, hyperscale systems or GPU infrastructure before, you'll be working on problems that are genuinely difficult and technically rewarding.

This isn't a role for someone who wants to spend their week in meetings. They're after a player-coach who enjoys leading engineers, making technical decisions and rolling their sleeves up when it matters.
