About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer 3D Geometry & Multimodal AI Toronto, Canada to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will focus on developing and optimizing machine learning models that power advanced AI product features. You will work at the intersection of 3D data, computational geometry, and multimodal AI, helping transform experimental concepts into production-ready solutions. The position also involves partnering with cross-functional teams to improve model performance, reliability, and scalability across the full machine learning lifecycle.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $123,000 – $180,400 annually

Responsibilities

Design and optimize machine learning models for AI product features

Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for ML workflows

Work with complex datasets for model training and evaluation

Implement evaluation methodologies to measure model performance

Collaborate to transform experimental ideas into production-ready solutions

Establish MLOps workflows for model lifecycle management

Analyze and improve model performance and reliability

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Engineering, or equivalent experience

5+ years of experience in machine learning solutions

Expertise in the entire machine learning lifecycle, from research to production

Proficiency in modern deep learning frameworks like PyTorch

Experience with 3D data and computational geometry

Hands-on experience with AI/GenAI tools for ML workflows

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
