Position: Senior Software Engineer
Type: Contract
Compensation: $50 - $100/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week
Role Responsibilities
Contribute expert-level code samples, debugging strategies, and development insights in multiple programming languages.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software defects and performance bottlenecks.
Implement robust new features ensuring scalability and maintainability.
Refactor and optimize legacy code for improved clarity and efficiency.
Document technical reasoning and solution approaches to enhance AI training data quality.
Review and validate peer-contributed code for accuracy and clarity.
Requirements
Significant hands-on expertise in Python3, Java, Rust, Go, C++, or TypeScript.
Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.
Proven ability to debug complex systems and deliver effective optimizations.
Experience with large codebase refactoring and legacy system modernization.
Track record of delivering high-impact features within cross-functional projects.
