Responsibilities
- Analyze job seeker behavior, job data, and product performance
- Define metrics and design experiments to evaluate new features
- Build analytical models, dashboards, and reporting workflows
- Explore opportunities to improve recommendations, search relevance, and engagement
- Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborate in person with product, engineering, and AI teams
Qualification
Required
- Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field
- Experience with Python and SQL
- Understanding of statistics, experimentation, and data analysis
- Ability to translate ambiguous questions into structured analysis
- Strong communication skills and ability to work onsite in Santa Clara, CA
Preferred
- Experience with machine learning, NLP, recommendation systems, or experimentation
- Familiarity with pandas, scikit-learn, notebooks, or data visualization tools
- Experience working with large or messy datasets
- Interest in responsible use of data and AI in career products
- Previous research, internship, or analytics project experience
