The Role
Accelerate delivery timelines for a growing pipeline of client projects.
Utilize Agentic AI frameworks to take solutions from idea to production-ready implementation.
Build and deliver APIs, databases, infrastructure components, and business applications.
Support the evolution of AI-assisted software delivery methodologies.
Help clients solve business challenges through innovative AI-driven solutions.
Work within a fast-paced environment focused on scaling delivery capabilities without relying on large engineering teams.
What You'll Need
Hands-on experience with AI development platforms such as Claude, Cursor, Codex, Copilot, or similar agentic development tools.
Experience using AI to build, test, and validate technical solutions (not solely for research or documentation).
Familiarity with GitHub and modern software development workflows.
Ability to direct AI coding agents, review technical outputs, and verify solution quality.
Strong communication and client-facing skills.
Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
Interest in emerging AI technologies and AI-assisted development methodologies.
