About This Role

We’re seeking a skilled and diligent full-time software engineer to join our growing team. You will work as part of the engineering team to develop our open-source headless browser.

What You Will Do

Work as part of a team of engineers to design, build, test, and document the browser

Improve the quality, efficiency, scalability, and stability of the browser

Improve the binding framework with V8 JS engine

Implement Web APIs and Chrome Devtools Protocol in Zig

What We’re Looking For

Experience with system programming/low level language Zig, C++, C

Familiarity with Web APIs and front-end JS technologies

Comfortable working on an open source project and interacting with the community

Familiarity with the internals of JavaScript runtimes (v8 or other) is a plus

Ability to give and process constructive feedback, as well as work independently

Flexibility to adjust to the dynamic nature of a startup
