The Role
- Serve as a technical liaison between data teams and business units, translating requirements into actionable technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows and AI-powered tools to streamline business processes.
- Build and maintain data pipelines, queries, and analytical products using modern data platforms.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to rapidly prototype and deliver production-quality solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify high-impact automation opportunities and prioritize development.
- Ensure all solutions adhere to organizational data architecture standards, governance, and security requirements.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in a technical role involving software development, data engineering, or automation.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL with demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable code.
- Hands-on experience with data warehousing solutions and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools or LLM-based coding assistants.
- Moderate understanding of data architecture principles, including data modeling, ETL/ELT, and lakehouse architecture.
