The Role

Serve as a technical liaison between data teams and business units, translating requirements into actionable technical solutions.
Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows and AI-powered tools to streamline business processes.
Build and maintain data pipelines, queries, and analytical products using modern data platforms.
Leverage AI-assisted development tools to rapidly prototype and deliver production-quality solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify high-impact automation opportunities and prioritize development.
Ensure all solutions adhere to organizational data architecture standards, governance, and security requirements.

What You'll Need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in a technical role involving software development, data engineering, or automation.
Proficiency in Python and SQL with demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable code.
Hands-on experience with data warehousing solutions and performance optimization.
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools or LLM-based coding assistants.
Moderate understanding of data architecture principles, including data modeling, ETL/ELT, and lakehouse architecture.
