🌟 Why Motion?

This is an opportunity to join a small, high-caliber engineering team at a pivotal scaling stage. You’ll be solving infrastructure problems that don't have an established playbook and will have significant ownership over architectural decisions.

Motion’s platform already analyzes $11B+ in annual media spend, and the engineering team is preparing for significant growth in customer environments and workflows.

If you're interested in AI infrastructure, distributed systems, cloud architecture, and high-ownership engineering, this could be an exciting opportunity.
