The Role
- Develop and apply statistical and machine learning models to enhance decision-making and improve business outcomes.
- Translate complex business challenges into data science solutions, defining methodologies and sourcing relevant data.
- Communicate clear, actionable recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Operationalize data science work through repeatable pipelines and contribute to shared standards for documentation and reproducibility.
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver insights and models that can be integrated into business workflows.
What You'll Need
- 4+ years of experience in data science, applied analytics, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in Python or R, and SQL.
- Experience with deploying or maintaining models in production environments is a plus.
- Familiarity with experiment design and causal inference is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor others and influence cross-functional partners.
