We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

Support business decisions by partnering on a cross-functional team

Understand complex data relationships and build core data science models

Use data to create insights, develop repeatable pipelines, and deliver decision-ready outputs

Extract, shape, and validate data using SQL to create analytically-ready datasets

Build and improve models and pipelines, developing basic data science models or enhancing existing ones

Communicate insights clearly, explaining methodology, building dashboards, and translating results into recommendations

What You'll Need

1+ year of experience in data science, applied analytics, or related work

BA/BS or equivalent experience

Proficiency with SQL and Python and/or R for data prep, pipelines, and modeling

Working knowledge of common modeling techniques (e.g., regression, classification, decision trees, clustering, causal inference)

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI or similar)

Strong communication skills and attention to detail
