Role Description This is a full-time on-site Software Engineer role based in Noida. The Software Engineer will design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software solutions that power Kareeroo’s career support platform. Daily responsibilities include writing clean and efficient code, implementing back-end services and APIs, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and collaborating with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications. The role involves participating in code reviews, improving system performance and reliability, and contributing to the overall architecture and technical direction of the platform. The Software Engineer will also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new features and continuous enhancement of the user experience.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science concepts and principles.
Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience building production-grade applications.
Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and best practices for modular, maintainable code.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with modern programming languages (such as Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar) and version control tools.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and software testing methodologies is beneficial.
Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
