Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, with proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Python, Java, or C++).
Experience with Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition, including building and training deep learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Hands-on expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), including text classification, entity recognition, and semantic search techniques.
Understanding of machine learning fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, and statistical methods relevant to AI systems.
Experience deploying AI models to production environments, working with APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Familiarity with recommendation systems, information retrieval, or search technologies is a plus, as is experience in recruiting, HR tech, or job marketplace platforms.
