Key Responsibilities by Specialization Track
AI / Machine Learning Systems Track:
Design, fine-tune, and deploy AI/ML models, LLM integrations, and intelligent automation workflows.
Integrate predictive algorithms and generative AI capabilities into backend application services.
Optimize model inference latency, manage datasets, and establish data pipelines for production workflows.
Core Java Engineering Track:
Develop robust, high-throughput microservices and RESTful APIs using Java (Spring Boot / Quarkus).
Design distributed systems, optimize database performance (SQL/NoSQL), and ensure low-latency performance.
Maintain high standards for code quality, unit testing, documentation, and operational security.
DevOps & Cloud Infrastructure Track:
Build, scale, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
Manage Kubernetes clusters, container orchestration (Docker), and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Monitor system performance, implement automated failover mechanisms, and enforce strict cybersecurity practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in software development, cloud infrastructure, or AI/ML deployment.
Core Languages & Frameworks: Strong proficiency in Java (Spring Boot), Python, SQL, and modern backend frameworks.
AI & Data Tech: Hands-on experience with LLMs, PyTorch/TensorFlow, Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus), or RAG architecture (for AI roles).
DevOps & Cloud Tools: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins/GitHub Actions, and major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Engineering Best Practices: Familiarity with microservices architecture, automated testing, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and enterprise security standards.
Communication: Strong problem-solving capabilities and clear written/verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively across remote and multi-region teams.
