Mid-Level SWE - .NET(C#) and React/JavaScript - Must reside in the US, W-2, no sponsorship
Remote — United States • Direct Hire (W-2 Full-Time Employee)
Base salary: $100,000 USD per year, plus benefits

Location & Eligibility
Workplace type: Fully remote, within the United States.
Eligible states: Client registered for employment and payroll in Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Utah. Because of these state registration requirements, applicants must reside in one of these states.
Employment type: Direct hire as a W-2 full-time employee of Client, with full benefits. This role is not available as C2C, 1099, or through a third-party agency.
Work authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis. This position does not offer visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
What You'll Do
Build and maintain features across our full-stack architecture (.NET backend, React frontend).
Review, validate, and take ownership of code produced with AI assistance and tools.
Collaborate with team members to design and implement solutions.
Diagnose and troubleshoot production issues; contribute to incident response.
Write tests and ensure code quality; participate in peer code reviews.
Communicate clearly with the team on technical decisions and trade-offs.
Requirements
5+ years with Microsoft .NET
5+ years with C#
5+ years with React
3+ years with JavaScript
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding workflows
Experience & Skills
Technical foundation
4+ years of full-stack development experience
Solid understanding of C# and .NET Core fundamentals (dependency injection, middleware, async/await)
Comfortable with React, JavaScript, and modern front-end patterns
Experience with REST APIs, SQL databases, and version control (Git)
Familiarity with production systems, monitoring, and debugging tools
Professional skills
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly in English (the working language of the team)
Comfortable learning and applying new tools and techniques
Collaborative mindset; enjoy peer feedback and code reviews
Proactive approach to problem-solving
Nice to have
Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms
Familiarity with Docker or containerization
Experience integrating with external APIs or third-party services
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines

Selection Process
Recorded technical screening (asynchronous video — no coding)
Initial technical challenge — a 1-hour practical exercise; completion is not required, your approach is what is evaluated
Hiring Manager review call
Peer interview with an engineer from the team
Final meeting with the SVP of Engineering
References (2–3 from previous supervisors, leads, or managers) and offer
