Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong experience in .NET, C#, Azure, microservices, REST APIs, and test automation. The role will focus on developing scalable applications, building automated testing solutions, and supporting reliable software delivery within an Agile, AI-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
Strong hands-on experience with .NET and C#.
Experience with Azure cloud-native technologies and Azure migration.
Strong knowledge of REST APIs, OAuth2, microservices, and third-party integrations.
Experience with automated testing, unit testing, TDD, and CI/CD.
Experience building API test automation frameworks for REST-based APIs.
Strong SQL Server and database skills.
Understanding of queuing, multithreading, multitasking, and distributed computing.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot.
Strong understanding of security and privacy for financial data.
Roles & Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs.
Build and maintain automated testing frameworks covering functional, integration, system, end-to-end, API, and database testing.
Develop intelligent testing capabilities such as automated test generation, defect prediction, and self-healing.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Implement monitoring and observability solutions.
Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver quality solutions.
Mentor engineers and promote development and QA best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in FinTech, fraud detection, risk management, or compliance systems.
Knowledge of fraud case management, transaction scoring, or regulatory reporting.
Experience contributing to open-source projects or technical publications.
