What You'll Do

Review and evaluate AI-generated frontend code (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) for correctness, efficiency, accessibility, and clarity

Write high-quality solutions to UI and web development problems across a range of difficulty levels

Craft clear, thorough explanations for design decisions, code logic, and problem-solving approaches

Identify edge cases, ambiguities, and weaknesses in problem statements or AI-generated responses

Help set the quality bar for what great frontend code looks like — at scale

Who You Are

Fluent in English with strong written communication skills — you can explain complex frontend concepts clearly

Deep expertise in JavaScript: async/await, closures, DOM manipulation, ES6+ syntax, browser APIs

Experienced with modern frontend frameworks and tooling such as React, Vue, or Angular

Detail-oriented, with a strong instinct for catching subtle bugs and edge cases

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in an asynchronous environment

Nice to Have

3–5+ years of professional frontend development experience

Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science or a related field

Prior experience with data labeling, RLHF, or AI training workflows

Familiarity with web accessibility standards and performance optimization techniques
