Software Engineer

Location: Boston, Massachusetts (Hybrid: onsite Monday-Thursdays & can work remotely from home on Fridays)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Software Engineer. This position involves supporting collaboration across global partners to help automate supply chain processes. The role is cross-functional, requiring direct work with operations, supply chain teams, and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

Utilize strong Java development experience to support project goals.

Apply knowledge of supply chain management processes, including Order Management Systems (OMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Engage in stakeholder management and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Work to automate supply chain processes in partnership with global teams.

Required Qualifications

Education: A Bachelor’s degree is required.

Experience: A minimum of 8+ years of experience in a technical or related role is required; 10+ years is preferred.

Technical Skills:

Strong Java development experience.

Knowledge of supply chain management and processes (OMS, WMS, logistics coordination).

Hands-on experience with stakeholder management and cross-functional teamwork.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Flexibility and the ability to prioritize tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Experience with SAP AFS, Manhattan WMS, and Amazon MCF integrations.

Prior experience in the retail, footwear, or apparel industry.
