About the role

Our client, a leading real estate software company, is hiring an AI Developer! This role will need to go on-site once a month to the office in Dallas (Will be reimbursed)!

*This is an FTE position*

In this role, you will design and build innovative internal AI solutions that empower engineering teams to work more efficiently and effectively across the software development lifecycle. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to turn AI concepts into scalable, production-ready tools, workflows, and enablement assets that accelerate the adoption of generative AI.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement internal AI-powered tools, workflows, and automation patterns that enhance engineering productivity and accelerate software delivery.

Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to provide technical guidance, support proof-of-concept initiatives, and create reusable templates, documentation, and enablement assets for AI adoption.

Ensure quality, security, and responsible use of AI solutions by establishing evaluation frameworks, implementing privacy safeguards, and optimizing performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

4–10+ years in software engineering and AI.

Experience with LLMs and AI tools.

Strong team and communication skills.
