Must-Have Skills
5+ years of U.S. professional experience.
Hands-on experience building and deploying GenAI/LLM solutions to production.
Experience with Agentic AI, including LangChain, LangGraph, agent workflows, tool calling, and orchestration.
Strong knowledge of RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
Strong Python skills for AI services, APIs, and backend development.
Experience with LLM evaluation and model selection, including accuracy, performance, cost, and latency.
Strong AI/ML architecture skills with experience designing scalable, production-ready systems.
Cloud experience: GCP/Vertex AI preferred; AWS or Azure also accepted.
Strong backend/API engineering experience.
Experience with Document Intelligence or Conversational/Agentic AI is highly preferred.
Excellent communication and interview skills.

Production AI/GenAI projects
AI architecture and design decisions
RAG pipelines
Agentic AI and tool calling
LLM/model selection
Deployment and production challenges
Python and backend development
Technical round may include: Python, LLM tools, chatbot/RAG implementation, and AI system design.

- Build and deploy GenAI/LLM solutions to production
- Design scalable, production-ready AI/ML architectures
- Explain production AI/GenAI projects and architecture decisions
- Handle deployment and production challenges
Qualifications
