What you'll do:

Deliver platform capabilities including infrastructure, tooling, and ML frameworks aligned with roadmap priorities.

Drive full software development lifecycle activities such as coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.

Apply cloud-native architecture principles to ensure scalable, resilient, and agile systems.

Lead system design reviews to validate quality and alignment with architectural standards.

Build AI-driven applications integrating ML components and intelligent automation features.

Mentor engineers, promote technical growth, and influence architectural decisions.

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate user needs into actionable technical requirements.

Utilize data-driven practices to define success metrics and optimize development processes.

What you'll bring:

Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation to ensure scalable and resilient systems.

Strong experience in software development lifecycle management, encompassing coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and maintenance.

Proficiency in API design, software prototyping, and applying software design patterns for secure, modular, and maintainable solutions.

Demonstrated ability to integrate AI/ML components using languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, and C++.

Skilled in mentoring engineers and leading technical decisions to promote engineering excellence and continuous development.

Data-driven problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality, customer-centric platform capabilities.

Effective collaboration and communication across technical and business stakeholders to drive project success.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
