Morse Watchmans is Hiring: Software Developer

We’re growing our technology team at Morse Watchmans and looking for an experienced Software Developer to join our Research & Development organization.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building, solving complex problems, and having real ownership over the technology they develop.

You’ll work as part of a global R&D team using a modern C#/.NET stack, developing new user-facing capabilities, enhancing existing products, and contributing to architecture and technical decisions.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • 4+ years of experience in software development, technical R&D, product development, or a related environment
  • Strong C#/.NET experience
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented and service-oriented application development
  • Experience with Agile development and unit testing is preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • The ability to collaborate across development, QA, product, and global teams
  • A mindset of ownership, initiative, and continuous improvement

Experience with Avalonia is a big plus.

Experience with React, Serial Communications, SQLite, and SQL Server is also desirable.

If you’re a developer who wants to do more than simply work through a backlog and you want the opportunity to help shape products, improve technology, and contribute ideas, we’d like to meet you.
