Working with a well-funded space startup entering a major satellite deployment phase.
Looking for an experienced Flight Software leader to take ownership of a 6-person team responsible for satellite bus software, while remaining technically involved across architecture and key engineering decisions.
Looking for:
Strong satellite / spacecraft Flight Software background
Experience leading and growing engineering teams
Flight Software architecture & technical leadership
Comfortable operating hands-on in a fast-moving startup environment
Location - Bay Area – Hybrid
Compensation - $210k–$250k base
