Senior Salesforce CRM Software Engineer
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce CRM Software Engineer to design and deliver scalable, secure investment technology solutions. This role covers the complete application development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, implementation, production support, and documentation.
Location: San Antonio, TX, or Plano, TX
Work arrangement: Four days per week onsite

Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and implement complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
Build integrations using Salesforce REST and Bulk APIs.
Lead solution design, code reviews, and technical planning.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and improve system reliability.
Identify performance concerns and technical debt and implement improvements.
Mentor engineers and promote development and security best practices.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and stakeholders across teams.
Ensure compliance with applicable risk and security requirements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or four additional years of relevant experience.
Six or more years of software development experience.
At least four years of full-lifecycle solution delivery experience.
Enterprise Salesforce development experience with Apex, Visualforce, and LWC.
Strong Salesforce integration, cloud technology, troubleshooting, and secure coding experience.
Ability to communicate technical challenges and solutions effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, GitLab CI, Gradle, or Maven.
Knowledge of automated testing and test-driven development.
Experience with Salesforce CRM, CDP/Data Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and OpenShift.
Familiarity with Snowflake, Control-M, batch processing, data pipelines, and automated data integration.
Strong solution-design experience focused on security, scalability, and performance.
