About the Role
We’re looking for a forward-deployed engineer who can work directly with customers and internal teams to turn real-world business problems into practical technical solutions.
You’ll operate at the intersection of software engineering, AI, data, and customer problem-solving—building, deploying, and improving solutions in real-world environments.
What You’ll Do
Work directly with customers to understand technical and business requirements.
Build and deploy production-ready software and AI solutions.
Integrate APIs, databases, cloud services, and third-party systems.
Prototype quickly and turn successful prototypes into scalable solutions.
Troubleshoot technical issues in customer environments.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer teams.
Translate customer feedback into technical improvements.
Own projects from discovery through deployment and iteration.
Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
3–7+ years of software engineering or related technical experience.
Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or similar languages.
Experience building and deploying production applications.
Strong understanding of APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and distributed systems.
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
Ability to travel occasionally if required.
Nice to Have
Experience with AI/ML, LLMs, RAG, or Generative AI.
Experience with LangChain, vector databases, or AI agents.
Startup or consulting experience.
Experience working directly with enterprise customers.
DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, or Kubernetes experience.
Compensation
$130,000–$190,000+ annually, depending on experience, location, and technical expertise.
