Job Title: Lead Applied AI Engineer
Location: New York, NY/ Louisville, KY (Onsite)
Duration: 6+ months contract

Experience Requirements
7+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on AI/ML.
Proven experience building and operating distributed systems at scale.
Extensive hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying production-grade Generative AI solutions.
Experience with advanced RAG architectures, AI agents, multi-agent systems, vector databases, and enterprise AI platforms.
Demonstrated technical leadership and ability to mentor engineering teams.
Experience delivering large-scale AI initiatives from concept through production deployment.
