Role:-C++ Software Engineer AI Claude Exp
Location:-5 days onsite prefer Irving, TX but open to Atlanta, GA as well
Duration:-9+ Months
Interview: I must do video screening first and then 1 video screening with client and then must do onsite final
Must-Have Skills ? (Final)
Core Engineering
C++ (modern C++)
Must be able to read, understand, and validate AI-generated code
BDD (Behavior-Driven Development)
5+ years of experience
AI / Development Tools (CRITICAL – NON-NEGOTIABLE)
Claude (required)
Hands-on usage in real development workflows
Python (required)
Used alongside AI tools for scripting, automation, or workflows
Multi-Agent AI Experience (REQUIRED)
Candidates must have worked with multi-agent / agentic AI systems
Not just prompting a single model—must understand:
Multiple agents collaborating
Task delegation across agents
Orchestration of workflows
Agentic Development / AI Workflow Experience
Experience beyond basic IDE usage
Prefer:
GitHub Copilot CLI or similar command-line AI workflows
Spec-Driven Development (AI-enabled)
Ability to:
Take requirements ? generate structured specs (markdown)
Use AI to drive development from those specs
? Verification / Quality Focus
Ability to:
Validate and debug AI-generated code
Identify defects produced by AI
Strong quality-first mindset

OpenAI tools (in addition to Claude)
Payments / POS / certification experience
Compliance-heavy environments
