What You Will Be Doing
As a senior member of the AI engineering team, you will work closely with the Lead AI Platform Engineer to develop and deploy production-ready AI capabilities, platform components, and automation solutions that deliver measurable business value. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining AI systems that can be effectively monitored and operated in a production environment. Your role involves integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications, collaborating with automation engineers, and troubleshooting complex issues. This hybrid position requires in-office presence three days a week, with at least one day on a Monday or Friday, and offers an opportunity to grow your expertise within a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Lead AI Platform Engineer in designing, deploying, and operating enterprise AI solutions.
Assist in building AI workflow solutions, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and agent-based systems.
Implement AI observability, tracing, and monitoring capabilities to ensure system performance and reliability.
Integrate AI and automation solutions with databases, APIs, applications, and document repositories.
Design and develop automation processes using Blue Prism, UiPath, and ABBYY OCR.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, define automation requirements, and identify process gaps.
Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions to optimize AI systems.
Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and support materials.
Contribute to establishing platform standards and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of experience developing and supporting software solutions in production environments.
Proven experience integrating systems via APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.
Working knowledge of C#, Python, Java, or similar programming languages.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of testing, quality assurance, and release management practices.
Enthusiasm for AI engineering, RAG applications, agentic workflows, LLM-based systems, or AI-enabled automation.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience with Blue Prism, UiPath, and/or ABBYY OCR.
Knowledge of intelligent document processing and AI-enabled automation.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Hands-on experience with Databricks or agent orchestration frameworks like LangGraph.
Experience developing AI workflows leveraging APIs, external systems, and MCP servers.
Understanding of agent architecture patterns, prompt engineering, and LLM evaluation techniques.
Pay: $58.80 – $84.00/hr
