POSITION OVERVIEW

Seeking a Senior Full Stack AI Engineer to drive the Innovation Engineering department, reporting directly to the Director of AI Solutions. The ideal candidate will solve complex business challenges by architecting and scaling enterprise-grade AI products, intelligent copilots, and agent-based workflows to streamline operations.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and develop AI-powered applications, copilots, chatbots, virtual assistants, and intelligent workflow solutions.

Build and deploy LLM-based solutions using platforms such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, or equivalent.

Design and implement RAG architectures, vector search, embeddings, semantic search, and enterprise knowledge retrieval solutions.

Develop and orchestrate AI agents using frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and Azure AI Agent Service.

Build modern web applications and dashboards using React, Angular, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML/CSS.

Develop scalable backend services using Python, C#, .NET Core, Node.js, REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.

Integrate AI solutions with SharePoint, ServiceNow, Confluence, Jira, SQL Databases, ERP platforms, and enterprise systems.

Build data ingestion, enrichment, indexing, vectorization, and knowledge management pipelines.

Design and deploy cloud-native solutions on AWS, leveraging Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines.

Implement AI governance, observability, evaluation frameworks, security controls, and human-in-the-loop mechanisms.

Participate in architecture reviews, mentor junior engineers, and drive engineering best practices.
