Role Overview
The AI Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and optimizing artificial intelligence solutions that enhance products, automate business processes, and support data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions for business and product applications.
- Build, train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models using structured and unstructured data.
- Develop data processing pipelines to prepare, transform, and validate datasets for model development.
- Integrate AI models into software applications, APIs, and production environments.
- Monitor model performance and implement improvements to maintain accuracy, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
- Conduct experiments, analyze results, and document methodologies and findings.
- Implement best practices for model versioning, testing, deployment, and lifecycle management.
- Ensure AI solutions meet security, privacy, and quality standards throughout development and deployment.
- Stay informed about emerging AI technologies, research, and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience in machine learning, artificial intelligence, software engineering, or data engineering is preferred.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data processing techniques.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages commonly used for AI development.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks, model deployment, and API integration is an advantage.
- Knowledge of databases, cloud platforms, and software development best practices.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams.
