Title: Agentic AI Engineer
Location: Mountain View, CA - Hybrid
Terms: Long Term Contract
Role Overview
We are looking for hands-on AI builders with deep expertise in Agentic AI, capable of designing, building, and scaling intelligent agent experiences. This role focuses on agent orchestration, memory and context management, and enabling rapid, effective rollout of AI agents across the organization.
Responsibilities
Build and deploy AI agents and multi-agent systems.
Design agent orchestration frameworks and scalable agentic architectures.
Develop memory and context management capabilities to improve agent performance and efficiency.
Drive adoption of agentic experiences across products and platforms.
Debug, optimize, and productionize AI agent solutions.
Required Skills
Strong software engineering experience in Java and Python.
Deep understanding of:
Agentic AI
Multi-agent systems
Agent orchestration
Memory and context management
LLMs, RAG, and AI application development
Hands-on experience building and debugging AI agents in production.
Builder mindset with strong coding and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
Experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.
Knowledge of vector databases, AI platform engineering, and LLMOps.
