About The Role

As an Applied AI Engineer (Pre-Sales), you will play a critical role at the intersection of technical expertise and customer engagement. Your primary responsibility will be to partner closely with the sales team and AI Solution Practice Leaders during pre-sales activities. You will lead technical discovery sessions with prospects to understand their business challenges, data landscape, and architectural constraints. Your expertise will help translate these insights into tailored AI solutions, demonstrating the value of modern generative AI and machine learning techniques through bespoke demos, prototypes, and proof-of-concept implementations. Additionally, you will develop clear, technically sound proposals and Statements of Work to set realistic expectations and ensure successful project delivery. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence client success, contribute to product development insights, and showcase your deep technical knowledge of AI and data systems. You will also collaborate with delivery teams during initial implementations, ensuring a seamless transition from pre-sales to deployment, while continuously capturing reusable patterns and evolving reference architectures to support future engagements.
