The Role
- Lead software development projects, design and implement solutions, and ensure code quality for cloud-based applications.
- Focus on delivering consistent, high-quality data across various platforms and ensuring systems are reliable, scalable, and observable.
- Actively participate in incident response processes and provide on-call support as needed.
- Own and maintain the platform, responding to alerts, outages, and customer-impacting events.
- Mentor junior engineers, contribute to technical strategy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Create sequence diagrams, flowcharts, and task breakdowns for project planning and team execution.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience, or Master's degree with 3+ years of experience in writing commercialized software.
- Strong experience with .NET Core, C#, and Entity Framework.
- Proficiency in writing efficient SQL for databases like PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL.
- Experience with major cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and containerization/orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep knowledge of monitoring, observability, and logging tools (e.g., Datadog, Grafana).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform), and Git.
