Senior Software Engineer, Fleet Intelligence

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Fleet Intelligence to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.
This role will focus on transforming data into actionable insights that support better decision-making and an improved customer experience. The engineer will help shape future data solutions, partnering closely with data, product, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software in a fast-moving environment. Strong technical execution, thoughtful problem-solving, and clear communication will be key to success in this role.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually
Responsibilities
Transform data into actionable insights for decision-making
Deliver accurate reports and dashboards to enhance customer experience
Collaborate with the data team to integrate insights into analytics products
Design and engineer future data solutions for the organization
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery
Review and maintain code quality through peer code reviews
Prototype and validate technical solutions for product features
Qualifications
5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails
3+ years of experience with ReactJS and TypeScript
Strong experience in SQL and database optimization
Familiarity with data modeling and analytics solutions
Excellent written communication skills
