About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Software Engineer 5 - iOS to join the team of a leader in the Hospitality & Recreation space.
This role will focus on building and refining consumer-facing iOS experiences that support a large-scale digital product environment. You will partner closely with product management, design, and engineering teams to shape user experiences, improve code quality, and drive thoughtful technical decisions. The position requires strong collaboration skills and the ability to balance business needs with scalable architecture in a fast-moving, consumer-driven setting.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $388,000 – $558,000 annually
Responsibilities
Collaborate with engineers and product teams to enhance consumer-facing iOS experiences
Develop maintainable and robust code along with effective documentation
Work with product management and design teams to refine project scopes and UI specifications
Analyze trade-offs in software designs to drive strategic technical solutions
Foster communication with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent user engagement
Qualifications
5-7 years of software engineering experience, particularly in iOS development
Proficiency in Swift and GraphQL for building consumer-facing experiences
Strong understanding of scalable, maintainable code architecture
Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
Ability to consider business and architectural trade-offs in software designs
